To be fair, M-Zones mixing can be pretty pap sometimes. I can never complain about his tune selection though!!! ;)

Didnt mean to sound critical, this is the first live set i have heard of his, its just u dont hear many studio mixes like the Tunnel Trance Force series which are poorly mixed. Its understandable in a club, but to have a commercial release where nearly every mix is out is strange. But saying that the tunes more than make up for it. The amount of id's i have got from those cds is unbelieveable! :clap:

And re: M-Zone's mixing :dontevengothere: his is second to none! :lol: :notworthy: No feckin aboot, just straight from one shit hot tune to the next!

Anyhoo, M-Zone's mixing has been discussed a zillion plus one times before :crackup:

Sorry mate, i've only recently started to post on this forum so I have never had the chance to discuss M-Zones mixing before. :lol:

Dont get me wrong :dontevengothere: , M-Zone is my favourite DJ of all time. The tunes he has played over the years are totally amazing. There is no other DJ out there like him. I have hundreds of M-Zone tapes and his actual mixing of tunes is sometimes pretty bad, and certainly not "second to none!". I like his quick, "no ****in about" mixing style, but sometimes his beat-matching sounds like he's playing on belt-drives ;)

Anyway, he's still the best and always will be!!! :lol:

Theres been a few posts about M-Zones mixing before, basically saying the same thing in different ways :roll: u should have a wee peek back when u get the chance mate. ;)

Hes only playing 60 to 90 secs on studio. In a club he plays more of the record thus having more time to cue.
