yes, Sky Sports 1..... did you miss it??

As a Boro fan, there are games every season you expect to get nothing from, and Liverpool Away is definately one of those games, so I aint too down about it ;)

I just watched it also. Good performance, Boro just wanted to kick everyone.

Hyypia was brilliant, Sissoko was rubbish. Never known somebody give the ball away so much in all my life.

Reina made a good save in the second half from Viduka.

The Man U game could go either way after what happened to them in mid week, and I don't think the World club championsips will do Liverpool any favours either... We'll finish 2nd yet!

How long does this World Club thing last and how many games do they play? I think it will only do harm if they go there and lose but if they come back World Club Champions then confidence should be high.

Err we enter it on thursday morning at the semi stage i think. The games on bbc2 at 10 or somethin.

Will

Yeah, I knew the semi was on the BBC which seemed a bit weird, didn't realise they were only entering at the semi stage... Man U played more games than that! They played 3 games I think and lost 2 of them, otherwise they'd have played 1 or 2 more... To think I was almost feeling sorry for Liverpool, the number of games they were expected to play, but if it'll only be 2 at most then **** it! Liverpool are playing a bit too well at the moment for my liking, I thought the WCC would stuff things up for them!

only 2 games? yeah, but, will, think of how many games we played to get this far in the champions league.... how many rounds? plenty. and two legs.

i think this world club championship will do us good if we win it. just hope the heat/humidity isnt too much for the lads. it is a big factor as those who visited humid countries will know.

i hope arsenal beat chelsea when they play next so that we can put more pressure on the zionist sponsored shite. chelsea can still be caught. they have to play a good number of teams yet. it's up to the teams below to keep the pressure flowing, however.

We have Chelsea next (in the league at least) though it'll only be about pride, I don't see anyone catching them, and certainly not us... Though I can see us catching Liverpool/Man U for 2nd!

i don't see arsenal finishing above liverpool. i think we will hold onto second and there will be a gap.

IF you beat chelsea, then we can close the gap to 7 points and we still have to play them yet, as do man utd and others. anything can happen. there are many games left. anything can happen in football. even tottenham finishing above you.

Well, I remember when Liverpool were above us towards the end of the season and Westerweld said all you had to do was win your remaining games to finish 2nd and you ended up 4th, so it's too soon to say Arsenal won't finish above you. Likewise Man U beat us at Highbury in the latter stages of last season and looked like they had a fair chance of finishing 2nd, but ended up 5 points behind us, so you can never rule us out finishing 2nd! Afterall, we've always finished in the top 2 (in a full season) under Wenger although there's a first time for everything of course.

yes, anything can happen in football and it would not suprise me either way. we will just have to see what happens
