SX 1.6

anyone updated to 1.6 yet?

Im still using 1.5 but havnt really discovered any bugs of yet but hear that 1.6 still has quite a few know bugs!

1.6 had more bugz for me then 1.01 and any other version.

S.X 1.01 doesnt let me loop one beat :cry:

SX 1.05.61 ****s up when you undo an edit in the part editor. Its pretty disgracefull realy. Its not exactly a lil small bug that can slip thro. And the channel insert buttons dont always work.

Why the **** does it go F.U.B.A.R when you insert a group channel too. That stinks realy.

But i am running it just because you can loop to one beat. Its handy for me. :D . Its worth it in the end. :lol:

On my copy all the group channels need re assigning after you create a new one.

Channel grouping in Sx is a nightmare .. try moving a group track, up or down and all yer tracks loose they're routing!?!? :shock: :evil:

Seriously it wouldnt loop to one beat. I gave the same copy to a few friends a college. Same problem, althought they was making house/breaks and all this crap so it didnt bother them.

Doesnt matter anyways, got 1.05 now so I havnt got that problem.

What I want to know is why the press are pushing SX over and over as a quality product - even though there are a large number of serious bugs still. The group bug is unforgiveable!

Pros I know are sticking with VST because, hey, at least it WORKS.

Gotta say, I never got on with Cubase in any form. Even SX feels 'slapped together'.
