MASSIVE. The lyric is sooooooo good.

I nearly left the building through the roof when I first heard this.

I think the trumpet sound could have been EQ'd slightly better though... only a small gripe mind you....

A nice release actually. Original is quality and the remix is also very groovy, DJ Preach has actually been impressive in his latest production.

Cool stuff.

thanx MarK !! I love what you are doing too, im playing almost all your releases here.

For sure some ppl will not like the merengue sounds on my last 2 releases but Montreal has a multi cultural scene and we got inspiration from everywhere in the world.

Honestly im never bored of this stuff!!

samething with techno

yeah really dull and boring ones ( drugs that is)
no i've just had a bit of overload with this style
and i didn't see anything i liked in this new tune
well made it may be but those samples don't quite do it for me.

sorry sorry sorry
i am a boring git i know
but given the choice between this and a slice of bread
i take the bread thanks.

DJ Preach on Session.....Love that release, 4 tracks of very user friendly funky chunky Techno. Also heard loved your mix "Against the Winter", really well mixed Techno :thumbs up:

Personally I think the latin / chanting influence of techno is no where near dull. Ofcourse this all depends on the way the track is produced, because I have to admit there have been some very dull efforts towards this style but other than that, these type of tracks not only always get a crowd moving but are excellent to have a heavier track layered on top of them I think.

Just listening to it again, I actually think the vocals sit pretty damn good. Only if the original track's bassline had a little more of a thicker feel :)

Yeah I agree... would like a touch more oomph. But the vocals work well and I reckon I'll be picking this one up.

I'm into chants, just not latin ones. IMO it tends to make the track sound more house than techno. Do you like this for home listening Mark or do you play it out? Can't see it fitting into one of your hard techno sets.
