Each month at Electric City we try our best to bring one of our DJ pals from
outside the pale up to the big smoke for the night. So this month in no
different as we welcome back from the banks of the Lee, one of Cork' finest
techno DJ's Jamie Behan. This will be the ever impressive Jamie's third time
behind the EC decks and his first appearance since we moved to our current
home Traffic. While now a rare visitor to the capital, Jamie's DJ sets
regularly frequented Dublin's techno scene a couple years ago. This time
around you can expect the bean to have a German flavour to his set with
tracks by Misc, Metope and DJ Koze all sure to be heard.
Playing before Jamie is Darren Shiels who has played at many nights around
the town. This is his first time at Electric City and he will be playing
from 11 to 12.30.
Thanks for the crazy amount of entries to our Electric Shock 2 Competition.
The correct answer was Alexander Robotnick who has played Electric City
three times compared to Ellen's two. All winners have been notified so check
