It is a well known fact by all that the quality of a 33 record is know way as good as a 45. Try and imaging a 33 as a compressed 45 tune.

Yeah but you have to know that you don't move the pitch as much with a 33 as you do with a 45. Some people probably don't know that and that's why they find it difficult.

as for the mixing being different, i cant say ive ever noticed. maybe i can just mix properly tho and dont blame the records for being the wrong speed ;)

a) you have to push a 33 with more care...

b) you have to slow a 33 with more care...

the worse thing is when you actually in the mix with a 33 if you apply to much pressure to the platter to slow it down it can go right out and **** the mix up....whereas on a 45 its easier to sort yourself out if you get me...
