What would you say your ideal night involved, from DJ's to type of venue.

E.G Paying nights with known DJ's or free parties with unknowns?

Agree with that. It would be good to see the up and comers up against some of the bigboys.

Different sounds and different mixing

In the middle of the woods on a warm summer's day with a fat sound system and a ton of DJs. As long as the music is good and I have plenty of chemical companionship I'll be happy :D

In Ireland it's been the outdoor parties where it's been at recently. Late bars open the same as clubs so a lot of people just aren't making the effort. Our stupid minister for justice is just about to introduce a 2.30 closing time in clubs instead of the current 3.00 a.m. , which is not good

Me having a great set to a wicked crowd, the other DJs tearing shit up just as well, and afterwords a nice meal with some friends, and then two girls at the same time.

Actually I would agree with all of the above, but surely a meal would be better beforehand, no?

Nae luck, eh? Scotland's just about to introduce 24 hour licensing to curb binge drinking. Should be interesting to see how that pans out for clubs etc.

As for my great night out. A dingy wee dark club/pub crammed with me, my mates, and loads of party people, and some thunderous techno all night long
