This is way cool. Definitely still in the early stages of development, bu think of the possibilities, and how much better it will look to watch two people or more working one of these things as opposed to sitting behind the laptop twiddling knobs.

I really hope this goes somewhere towards something commercially viable or at least available in the fringe and doesn't get stuck in the academic realm.

I've seen a MIDI controller just like this. WAAAAY powerful, and looks funky too. Wish I could remember what it was called though.

This old argument against using Ableton/ Traktor / CDs is rediculous. I mean I can sort of understand a glam guitarist critising DJs for not putting as much physicality into a show as say Eddie van Halen, but really, are two turntables that much more exciting than an iMac?

The best parties are when people don't watch the DJs!
