Request for Ramos mix (helter skelter about 97)

I thought that there was a post somewhere about requests for mixes but I can't be ****ed trying to find it.

I had this helter skelter pack, might have been energy from 97/98 and there was a tape with Ramos on one side and Billy bunter on the other.

The Ramos tape had some mental MC on it speaking with this F***ed up voice and one of the first tunes he plays has some mental sample like "smoking brown like a Scot______" some s**t like that. I'm not that good on my tune ID's but if you knew the tape I was meaning this should make sense.

That will be it, quite acidy, I was never really that much into Ramos so I never really heard his other sets so I didn't even think to post it on any of the other forums.

F**K knows who the MC was cause he had a mad voice, really worked well with the set.

Have got a Ramos set on tape somewhere from helter. Starts off with the tune with the sample "The Extacy is working" MC sharkey on it too.

Was quite surprised with it too.

He started playing techno cos hardcore was going thru a bad patch.

Hes playing hardcore again now, and there are loads of these parties going on round here at the mo.

Just a shame theres no techno or trance, and thats part of the reason ive stopped playing

cos at that time i thought he was playing that "trancecore" stuff usually in the main Helter room. so was quite surpised to hear him playing more techno orientated stuff in the technodrome, that was all. ;)

A lot of the other hardcore DJs played other stuff too. Ratty and Brisk played techno/trance sets at the early Tomorrows World Events at Venue 44 in Mansfield.

i got the VHS of that vanden set at helter - also got this ramos set on tape will hav to dig it out and rip it for yals
