Once again, DJ Becka and techno label Gotham Grooves of NYC are back to bring you ‘Gotham City Radio’ on Livesets.com.
Airing every Saturday, from 12:00pm – 3:00pm EST(eastern standard time) 18:00 – 21:00 CET(central europan time). Alongside Becka's weekly tune selections, we will be featuring international and local guest dj's and performances for your enjoyment. Joining Becka this week is another special guest from Serbia, Zoran.
Zoran showed interest in electronic music at the age of 14 when he discovered artists like Joey Beltram, Advent ,Surgeon, Plastikman, Slam and others. At the age of 16 he started to go to clubs and got hooked up by the dj culture.
In the year 1999 he bought his first equipment and started to play records. In the year 2000 he organized few small underground parties that had big success and got him residence at Bagdag Cafe in Pancevo. He played with all known serbian dj's and Dj Vlad from TCR Recordings (London/UK). He also played at Exit & Echo Festival promo parties that were organized in Pancevo.
His dj style is tech based. He plays all techno styles that are crowd moving and dancefloor oriented.
After few years of playing, he started to produce music in 2002. As his producing skills got better he released his first track on Varela and Bailey's highly respected label Pornographic Recordings (The 15th Porn Cut) in the year of 2005.
In january 2006 his second release came out on Ade Fenton & Paul Smith’s label advanced Records (Bounce EP). He’s currently working on some new tracks that will came out in 2006.
