He has issued a writ for fraud against Ian Dowie and rightly so in my opinion.Palace fans hate Charlton with a passion and i can totally sympathise with them.If anyone left boro to join Sunderland or Newcastle i'd be fuming.

It has been known that Jordan and Dowie never got on, infact not many people do get on with Jordan. He was happy for him to leave and join preston.
Just another USA style court case waste of time and money style scandal.
Apparently someone tried to serve Dowie with the writ during is unveiling as well!
