and its utter garbage. really colourful pop rock with a camp 80's twist. apart from the justin timberlake style single the album is pretty much the same.

i think muse really needed to step up a gear this time round, they needed to hit a more mature sound, but they seem have gone in the opposite direction.

i loved the last 3 albums, but this is just nonsense.

I've only listened to a few tracks off it so far, but I think its pretty good from what I've heard. Dont know how it will hold up to the others until I listen to it all a few times, but I'm sure I'll enjoy it.

I think what i said was perhaps a little bit hasty, their are actually a few tracks im beginning to come round to now. Still, their are some real shitty tracks on their too. I'm still dissapointed with the album as a whole. Muse claim it's their best album yet, i think it's the weakest.

Nah i'm back at my initial reaction as far as this is concerned. The songwriting is utter gash.

Their new stuff is dyer, such a shame, saw them live a couple yrs ago, they were immense, their music and talent inspirational. But now.... *does a trump sound

It took me a while to digest this album (we are talking about Black Holes & Revelations right) But i think its a great album with some great songs on. Very powerful, it kind of reminds me of some of there early stuff. This album gets a thumbs up from me

tbh, bar a couple of tracks, this album was a disappointment.
What was up with the Queenesk vocals? The lead singer has a lush voice so there is no need to rely on gimmicks

i thought supermassive black hole was a class song, all in all the album is not their best work. origin of symmetry is their best album to date imo.

personally i think their best to date is 'Absolution'.
