Loved that album

Check out most of the output on plus 8. Beatport.com carry most of it.
Alcachofa by villalobos was a great album.

Theres masses out there. I'd download a head of hawtin and magda livesets and see what takes your fancy.

dont grab that hawtin and magda crap. dunno who plays much of this stuff in his sets. but my advice is: buy all sähkö and sleeparchive records u can get. and also this one --> http://www.blackoutaudio.co.uk/portal/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file=viewtopic&t=51311

erm - the tracks he liked were on hawtin's album?

So maybe he likes his style?
Can always download a set and get a tracklist for it. Certainly one of the ways I found out about new records and artists... Why not find a dj you like and see what they are playing?

Skeep archive make good records but were dull as **** when playing live.

Then maybe you would like a balloon?
anyways just messing.

I found it really helpful when I was learning about new types of music to find a dj I liked and then find out what records they was playing.
Chances are that if he likes sleep archive etc he will like a lot of the other stuff hawtin plays.
Always a good way to be introduced to new artists I reckons.

i can recommend stewart walker. hawtin uses loads of his tracks on transitions, and his other stuff is really good aswell, especially the 'stabiles' album

Yeah, Closer to the edit is still amazing. The best in the DE:9 series.
