Decided to try and group all my mp3s into bpm groups of 130, 135 & 140.

What would be the easiest way to achieve this?

Ableton? Acid? Soundforge?

I don't even need to time stretch it, just pitch it up.

Sure there's a better way than just pitching it up using a turntable... which will be my last resort.

Cheers peoples

ableton is the most precise way. acid is the fastest.

if you have acid6 then thats your man as the beat mapper is spot on.. if not use ableton.

ableton i would say , allthough i haven`t heard acid for ages , it used be terrible at time stretching a few years back.

Used acid in the end.

Only got version 4, but its tidy and quick.

ableton is pretty good, although i usually load it into my sampler and pitch it to the right bpm, saves opening up another program
