Right i know that not everyone agrees with MC's, and after a seeing a few posts i kinda established that the majority of peeps thought sharkey and ribbz were best in the league.. but i was listening to a NSA12 at the weekend M-zone & Mark eg at about 08:30 in the mornin with a few mates doin overtime on what we call the graveyard shift. And after about 15 mins on the mzone side, an Mc called MC Commentator started hurlin nonsense down the mic, which had us all in stiches...

So if possible try and name your worst MC, and qoute one of his favourite lines..

I like mc's - but they have to be good ones though. The problem with most up and coming mcs feel like they have a blurt anything that enters there head for the little time they have on the mic. Thats why ribbz is so good - says the rigth things at the right time

Any european MC - I fcuking hate getting a Dana or Technoboy live set that is awesome, but totally ruined by some guy shouting nonsense into a mic when he can barely speak english. Also the guy in Scooter always raises a laugh :lol:

I hate those Slammin Vinyl MC's Whizzkid and Oddyssy. They talk absolute crap and keep stopping the music. Ive got a Mark EG Cd from a Slammin event and they totally ruin it.
What ever happened to MC NRG, he was one of my favourites from the Technodrome days but havent seen him on any flyers or at any events for ages.
MC Si the Sigh is also really good as most South West Hard Trancers will know.

oh my god, i think i've lost count of how many tapes i've thrown out of the car window because the mc ruins one of my sets :evil:

i really don't know why they haven't got a tighter control over who uses the mic at events. people think it's the dj's job to control who goes on and off, but we've got enough to do without wondering who's one the mic and who isn't. besides, half the time you don't get the MC through the monitor speaker.

hey if i'm at an event and the MC is awful, some really needs to quickly tell me! if two people come up and say the same same thing - then i know to unplug the stoopid thing!!!! :lol:

Hell yes!! i think the problem with MCs like this is that no-one has ever told them how shit they are!! odyssey is horrific and ruins slammin' vinyl tapes... haven't heard whizzkid, but he's got a shit name anyhow!! rant,rant,rant!!! i do like si the sigh and Ribbz (goes without saying!!).
