Lunacy @ The Depot 11th October 2003

Back after the Summer!

After a fantastic summer of free parties, local gigs and of course playing on the dance stage at the Orange Bristol Community Festival to over 5000 people, we are back for our next promotion at The Depot. This promises to be our best night yet with the booking of Rowland the Bastard from Stay Up Forever/Smitten/Bionic Orange, Choci from Choci’s Chewns and Acid Ted from The Pranksterz alongside a host of the finest Bristol talent. With turbo sound systems, laser/light shows and a house full of smiling faces, this is going to be a belter!!

The Acid Techno Room:

Rowland The Bastard (Stay up Forever), Acid Ted (Acid Test/Akid), DJ Blah (Home Grown), Dave Mitten (Lunacy / Lunacy Tunes) and MJ Lusty (Species) Pete D (I-Sat) Cerberus (Lunacy Tunes) F.B.J (Lunacy Tunes) Acidic (Acidic) and Derren Nuttall A new and exciting DJ from Bath

With this the first booking in Bristol for Rowland for many years, crowds will travel from far and wide to see his performance. Acid Ted is now recognised as one of the best producers of Acid Techno in the country. From the local scene, favourite Dj’s like Dave Mitten , DJ Blah, MJ Lusty are sure to rock the party. Add to that Cerberus and F.B.J from our own Lunacy Tunes, Acidic, Pete D and debutant on the local techno scene Derren Nuttall the night will be a sellout.

The Acid Trance Room:

Choci (Choci’s Chewns), Acid Dribble (Lunacy Tunes), Sean Rudz and Martian (666), Colinizer (Ripsnorter) Jodie Lee (Excessive) and Gymmyck (Imner)

Resident from the international DJ and Producing scene Choci returns once again to headline and throw the crowd into a frenzy, Acid Dribble from Lunacy Tunes is now established as a firm favourite locally as are the boys from 666. Add to that the amazing Colinizer (Ripsnorter), Gymmyck (Imner) and the superb Jodie Lee from Excessive, this room will be packed.

Room 3 hosted by Trashed:

Oscar (Trashed Recordings / Cheeky) playing an eclectic mix of chilled funky trance and breaks to clear your head for the acid onslaught in the two main rooms. Accompanied by Pete and Steve our chilled rezzies from London.

The Stitch and Smiffy show:

Following on from the fantastic reports and nice comments we received at our last event we are again providing funky beats, scratching and breaks provided by Stitch (Species) and Smiffy.

With cooling fans, beautiful décor, UV stalls and a club full of smiling faces, you can expect an amazing night of dance music.
