Just for a bit of Friday fun...

"Ok, you've not long left to live, just enough time to mix 2 records, you have the worlds most awesome set up in front of you, and a crowd ready to rock...Which 2 records do you pull out of your box?"

GO! :cheese:

For me, I'd say, Deetron's "I Believe" on Music Man, with Kobaya's "In Groove" on Recon Warriors mixed in.

The reason? The piano riff In "I Believe" is superbly infectious, and the b-line is completely out of hand, and the finger clicking percussion on "In Groove" mixes in so well before the big "check this out vocal" that signals the bass drop.

Great fun to mix! :cheese:

i dont know what id play for sure but my second track would have one of those locked grooves at the end so it just keeps on playing like the free 7" wi pgv 25..... just to buy myself some time to enjoy something else..... and i know what i definitely would not play..... mark tylers 'damnation'..... i wouldnt fancy that being the anthem to my death.... 'welcome to damnation' over and over again!!! - i think it would sound a bit ominous!!

I am torn between two choices here:

Well, the record that would have been playing already would have to be "Right to Party" Lawrie Immersion on Prolekult - Kult 21....

Then either:

"Eating Chinese" Zero on Bionic Orange 18b into
"Madness" Remixes B-side' Igor Farenhieght on Smitten

or:

"The Hero" Zero on Bionic Orange 18a into
"This Whole World is in a Helluvva State" Rozzers' Dog S.U.F. 59b

My head would be blown clean off anyways...!!!

I've come a bit late to this one but I only just registered today but I reckon I'd mix Aphrohead - In The Dark We Live (Thee Lite) (Dave Clarke's 313 Mix) into Thomas Schumacher - When I Rock, they were the first techno records I ever bought, it would be a fitting end.
