We applied for one of these.

Dunno what happened, but I assume we didn't get it.

We put together a very ambitious plan, it had to be said.

Possibly too ambitious.

Oh, and we'd got one of those USB dance mats, and got some guy in Germany to write a driver for it so we could use it as a MIDI controller.

(Plus there was the infamous drilling-a-Furby incident...)

No, no... My mate Gaz is an absolute technology whore.

He basically took out a bank loan and got one.

And yes, I understand there is some Max/MSP element to it.

Incidentally, we were planning to use the loan more for promotion, venue hire, booking some other acts... that kind of thing.
