Here's a tracklisting if anyone wants it:

1. Lorenzo DePreti - Dangerous Experience
2. Schwarzende - The Censored Theme
3. Analogic Disturbance - Hunting (2)
4. Shithead - Shithead 2003
5. Tronik - Sensational
6. Julian Dj & Davide Sonar - Go Go Go
7. Jimmy the Sound - Modulo
8. Julian Dj & Davide Sonar - Techno Noise
9. ?
10. Trance Generators - You Can't Stop Us (Analogic Dist. mix)
11. ?
12. ?
13. Dj Isaac - Thriller 2002
14. Player One - Insomnia
15. The Hose - My Little Stalker
16. Brain 40

One thing worries me slightly, I saw M Zone a couple of weeks ago and he played much the same sort of set i.e pretty old stuff - now, if M Zone hasn't got much good new stuff then it kind of sets of warning signals because he's usually quite far ahead of everyone else...

Perhaps this is more proof that the internet is again making it harder for people like M-Zone to keep fresh with new tunes.

Yep i agree with you there Hakka, i've always thought that with the use of the internet to order, to download is a huge benefit in the short term, but in the long term i think we will start to feel its effects...

I mean everytime i have heard an mzone tape, 2-3 years ago or so.. It was likfe "what the **** is that tune" Now its more along the lines of "Yer i've got that tune"......

All i can say to technology evolving even further is :nono:

i dont think m zone likes his track lists posted he likes to keep his tunes unkown   i even saw him play a full set of tunes with white labels stuck on the centre of the records so no one could scout his tunes  :eh:  goood set imo ;)

Perhaps this is more proof that the internet is again making it harder for people like M-Zone to keep fresh with new tunes.

But what I mean is that it's mostly stuff that is old, mixed with a bit of new stuff which is unusual for him - he usually plays brand new stuff and stuff not even out yet.

Check it:
1. Lorenzo DePreti - Dangerous Experience 3 months old
2. Schwarzende - The Censored Theme New
3. Analogic Disturbance - Hunting (2) 9 months old
4. Shithead - Shithead 2003 New
5. Tronik - Sensational 3 months old
6. Julian Dj & Davide Sonar - Go Go Go 6 months old
7. Jimmy the Sound - Modulo 1 year old
8. Julian Dj & Davide Sonar - Techno Noise 1 year old
9. ?
10. Trance Generators - You Can't Stop Us (Analogic Dist. mix) New
11. ?
12. ?
13. Dj Isaac - Thriller 2002 1 year & a half old
14. Player One - Insomnia 2 years old
15. The Hose - My Little Stalker New
16. Brain 40 New

excellent post guys by the way.

Thats why Ive stopped buying tape packs now so I can just listen to tunes when I buy them, keeps the 'fresh' factor there.

it's impossible for ppl like me and mzone to keep spinning the most upfront tunes anymore.. the internet has seen to that.

the only way you're going to hear new tunes is through dj's that are part of your fav label (ie they've got all the tp's) or that play exclusive their own tunes....

even though being totally as upfront as possble is still v important to me, i don't see it is the ultimate thing anymore like i used to.....

(voorheez)As for everyone who is saying M Zone is all about the tunes - I don't agree. How can he be when he generally plays about 2-3 minutes maximum of each tune? It's his mixing.

I totally agree. In the past I'd always leave a club after an m-zone set not knowing many of his tunes as he always used to have the frshest stuff.
Recently though he just plays the same old same old.. Check out this post from another topic about an m-zone set:

Check it:
1. Lorenzo DePreti - Dangerous Experience 3 months old
2. Schwarzende - The Censored Theme New
3. Analogic Disturbance - Hunting (2) 9 months old
4. Shithead - Shithead 2003 New
5. Tronik - Sensational 3 months old

7. Jimmy the Sound - Modulo 1 year old

10. Trance Generators - You Can't Stop Us (Analogic Dist. mix) New
11. ?

13. Dj Isaac - Thriller 2002 1 year & a half old
14. Player One - Insomnia 2 years old
15. The Hose - My Little Stalker New
16. Brain 40 New

Mostly old tunes so saying that m-zone is all about tune selection and not mixin is bollocks!

People can say how badly they rate m-zones mixing but his style is 100% unique and no one even attempts to mimic this which must mean there is a huge amount of technical skill involved.

I have nothin but upmost respect for the m-zone
