Inspired by djs like Pascal Feos, Sven Vath and Dave Clarke but even more by local djs, Wesz started spinning in 2001.
In 2003 the Zapclub, a club night from his hometown, asked him to play at several of their events. It gave him the opportunity to spin alongside djs like John Thomas, Mark Broom, Ben Long, Darko Esser, Jerome and many others. In the years that followed, his style developed from pure techno to a blend of electro, minimal and techno.
In 2004 and 2005 he had gigs all over his homecountry, The Netherlands, playing at Doornroosje (Tomorrow), Simplon, ORKZ (Twee20) and even in the UK. He played alongside djs and live-acts like Secret Cinema, Oliver Ho, Oliver Huntemann, K.Cee and Godfather. Together with Zudisko he started his own weekly radioshow called Electronic Treatment at the internet radiostation Absolute Technoise Radio. Next to that he teamed up with Trinity in Technoland for their annual festival called Trinity Open Air.
Nowadays a lot of his performances are back2back dj-sets with Zudisko, a unique combination of two stubborn djs with a passion for labels like Shitkatapult, B-pitchcontrol, Gigolo and Ed Banger Records. Performing at a new event called PULPE with Sylvie Marks & Hal9000 on the first edition in October and starting his own events in 2007, the 23 year old art-student and photographer will have a busy schedule for the months to come.
