it makes commercial sense to remix one of the biggest tunes on this label.

im all for it too. i was never a fan of the original.. maybe the rmxs will do it for me.

the original is excellent. wel the technoey bits are anyway.

hearing some ghey cockney accent in the middle of the track doesn't particularly go down well with a Yorkshire audience, that sample is total garbage imo

Proper Marmite track IMO...

Either love it, or hate it.

i love the orginal but it was too many times played on every acid techno gigs in past two years so im a bit bored when im heard it.
I think the remixes can be good, its a reflesh the original track, with the same atmosphere than original but with diferent story in the same vein.
What you think ?

Until I hear it, i'll say no more.

the track itself is really dark and dirty, the sample was a bit of fun, which lets face it, is what alot of suf records was about.

so im all for this, would be nice to have an mp3 release done without the vocals though, i'd buy it

a remix with out the vocal at all would be good. the acid in the track at the end is really good and should be played upon in a remix..... i did enjoy the original and had a good laugh at it the first few times i heard it - but like athar it soon grew a bit tiresome.... in fact 'played to death' springs to mind>>>>>>>

from what i know its by chris and henry and the vocals are quite funny, something about going to an electrohouse club in shoreditch or something along those lines. Not heard it yet but been told about it.

at least it will be true to life then, now they dont like acid techno anymore

what makes you say they don't like acid techno anymore ?

as far as im aware, they both like alot of different styles of techno, acid included

well i just think these days acid techno is considered by some folk as being like some old grannie put out to pasture in some old folks home by her embarassed children.

remix would be great with out the vocals, the acid lines are well dirty.

Dan sums it up - spot on (as usual you techno Yoda you) :)

The original is a quality record for what it is - definitely a bit of fun and I stood there and shouted FIFTEEN CANS OF STELLA with everyone else in the place (at least I did the first 10 or so times I heard it). The main reason people don't like is because it got played to death, and the only reason it got played to death is because it went down amazingly well whenever it got played.

Bring on the remixes IMO

I don't mind hearing that track as it never gets played over here. Great acid line and funny as f*ck vocals (in the rmx too).

Sorry, but this is awful. Really awful.

I can't be arsed to go into one about it, but I have said to Chris & Henry @ Atmosphere I really, really don't like it.

Productions great, loads better than the original, but the track sucks IMO.

Of course it will sell shed loads, be played by every DJ, from every genre like the original, which will be great for sales and advertisment for SUF, and for that well done...

...but IMO, blah blah, moan, moan, upset, raaa.

Agreed.

Si, I think you're missing the point

The Shoreditch one is midly amusing. I was hoping for more of the ripping acid line from the original. Not that impressed tbh, but thats not the point is?
