Cheers to the great crowd that came down last week to see Legowelt destroy the dancefloor with his intense Chicago jams that had the club rocking until the early hours. Should be more of the same this week as this Thursday sees a double-debut at EC with a live show from Asciinoid (aka Lmd64) and 3-deck wizard Will Kinsella finishing things up. Asciinoid's live show is a pre-launch for his upcoming album 'Spectrum' to be released on Seedy R records. A dark and twisted electrofied journey, you can hear samples at www.asciinoid.net. His influences for this project come from the likes of Vitalic, Akufen, Alter Ego, Rex the Dog, Richie Hawtin and David Caretta. Just last month, Asciinoid rocked Crawdaddy supporting Dan Curtin and with upcoming show in Cork (Inner City), Limerick (Trinity Rooms) and supporting CJ Bolland in Dublin, he is definitely one to watch.
