November Locked sees the return of uk pioneer James Ruskin. James needs little introduction to the techno scene but here is a brief overview of his career to date:

Since beginning his musical career in the early 90's James Ruskin has continued to push the limits of electronic music through his uncompromising releases. In 1995 James set up "Blueprint" records with Richard Polson and "First Contact" by Outline was released by the pair early 1996. James' first album "Further Design" was released on Blueprint in 1997, and this paved the way for two further albums for Berlin's Tresor Records, "Point 2" released in 2000 and "Into Submission" in 2001 which helped secure him worldwide recognition. Also involved in several collaborations including EP's with Surgeon (Sound Pressure) and Oliver Ho (Mutate and Survive) he has also created music for Sony Playstation. Blueprints sister label "Coda Records" was launched in 2000 as an outlet for a wider selection of artists both new and established is now on it's eleventh release. James's renowned dj sets have taken him to Japan, South America, Australia and some of the best events in Europe, special performances include a 6 decks set with Oliver Ho, this will be supplemented by a venture with Karl O' Connor (Regis) as "O/V/R" , first performed at locked last year. The project includes a joint digital / live performance and the launch of a new oline medium "theantination.com" where exclusive mixes, tracks and merchandising will be available. James is currently busy preparing new material with Regis and recording a fourth album for Blueprint.
