disagree with you there si - most of them are amazing producers yes but i think the drizzly beys or marcos / j k walker are leading things at mo!

no one is at the moment compared to what it use to be like its quiet,I think weve heard the best hard trance.
hard kick drums and really uplifting breaks, theres only so much you can do.
pulse and overdose about a year ago were on top form but now I rarely see a track from them.

Yeah I'd totally agree with you there Pearcey... the best days of trance are gone... however I still think there is future for the genre... it's just going to take a while to find it! :)
At the moment, I'd agree that Marcos & Jay Walker are doing us proud... with the Elite and Jon the Baptist doing sterling work as well. Not to mention log:one... love his stuff!
The future is bright... and Louk... you will soon be forcing yourself in to contention I feel mate!

Still think scot project is the daddy, even if you dont like his tunes. they are in production terms the best around. And after visions and cold night. I think he is gettin bk too his best.
Jon the baptist has with a few of his tracks blown me away, ie the best, his remix of the andy b tune etc...
Digital pressure are ****in quality... Spoke and vespa.... max savietto... phil green and dave 202... and the countless italians taking over the world. I would say things arent all that bad. But dumonde are pony at the mo imo.

Hard trance, its seems to have been lost since hardstyle settled in,hardstyle just rinsed out on hard kick drums and acid grooves...therfore hard trance got a bit side tracked. But Hard trance is findin its feet again. Its been around for years so I dont see any reason why it would really go away? :rambo:

Aw have you missed me Corbz
Ive been to hell an back sir, its lucky there hasnt been a hammer near my computer over the last few weeks coz I would have smashed this bitch up!
Ive mixed the same 1 hour 5 minute mix 4 times because my computer is to much of a lightweight to record it all properly an it still didnt do it right!
( i think its a secret funky house fan)
Oh and according to a "harddance" DJ Agency I play hardcore an thats not what they are about, even though they say they specialise in hardfraggindance!
an I play hardtrance anyway the stupid gits.
Anyway thats that off my chest

I'm still saying Uberdruck. Their use of Sick vocals, dark atmosphere, fat Basslines and Hard Kicks does all the damage for me.
That 'Bla, Bla' is pure sick but ****in class!
Its also their release rate what you have got to take into consideration, the Uberdruck boys work hard and their sound is the sweetest in Hard Trance for me! deffo.
In the meantime Scot Project seems to be pushing hard and seems to be gettin back to his best.

Where did he come from???
I got some of his stuff to and it wicked... anyone got any info on the lad?
No one is really leading it just now imo, just the usual names who have been underperforming imo a tad.
Im gonna ave to go away and think about this one like.... u can say uberdruck, scot proj, dave 202 & phill green... but i think none are really going forward as they should. Probs ave to wait a bit for some of the serious good stuff getting released again.
