This week is another match up with our friends from the country when we host the excellent Inner City crew from Cork at Electric City. Inner City have been rocking Cork over the past year with guests such as Andrew Weatherall, Kevin Saunderson, DJ Godfather, Sneak Thief, Legowelt, David Duriez and the finest Irish talent all getting the pleasure to play on their crystal soundsystem in Fast Eddies.

The Norries they're sending up are Jim Plugd and Drew Da Bastard. Jim is the proprietor of the excellent Plugd record shop in Cork where his choice vinyl cuts are supplied to the Cork massive. Most recently to be found playing before the legendary Andrew Weatherall at the lads' 1st Birthday party back in October, it is a pleasure to have Jim come and play his peerless selection of tunes at EC. Rumours that he'll be dressed in a colour other than black could not be confirmed at the time of cobbling this press release together.

Drew Da Bastard will be showcasing a hard Detroit rocking live set to finish the night off. Drew is known for his bootyshakingdetroiteywoitey fuelled killer mixing and has now ventured into the realms of production and the tracks we've heard so far tracks are dynamite. We asked Drew to play on the basis of his unique ability to attract kissing schoolgirls to his shows and we're hoping this night will be no exception. Otherwise, he won't be back again. Eddie Brennan will be representing the EC boys and he'll be joining the musical dots from Jim to Drew.
