im interested how you do a live set in orion paul, ive thought about it but couldnt work out how do it in orion.

Hi dude...well i lay my whole set out in orion as a song...usually 1-1.5 hours long...this includes all drums, samples and synth parts...this basically leaves me free to tweak the 303's,synths(and their patterns) and effects live...and makes sure that the set is continuous and structured how i want it to be...thats way i get to enjoy myself more than i would if i had to manually trigger the patterns live..which i have done...on occasion.(with many a headache!):)
...i keep meaning to try ableton live...but have grown too attached to orion :)

yea thats preaty much the only way, bit of big audio file though, bet you dont use the 303 in orion? its ok for trippy acid lines but not screaming ones.

i know what you mean about getting attached to orion-- it's just so easy to use! i've used since it launched, those tunes i sent you where made in orion, got some more if want to here them.

...yeah the 303 in orion aint bad if u effect it heavilly...audiorealism is more than good enough though...i think it stands well alongside my real tb303!!!

..yeah send the new tracks on to me...im getting my arse into gear this year and im gonna be putting out an ep of new acid talent...

keep it acid!!!

totally agree with the audiorealism303, sounds the same to me. why spend £700 for a second hand 303 when bassline is £100

same adress mate?
