BIOGRAPHY NIMITZ:
Brazilian techno producer and livepa artist Nimitz is a very well known name in Brazil with a successful history that goes back to 1998 when he started his DJ career playing techno and hard-techno. In 200 Nimitz began his producing career and it took him 6 years until he found it ready to release his own work. Owner of a powerful livepa Nimitz has performed at Brazilian most important clubs and parties.
In 2006 Nimitz mad his debut on the international market with a remix released on SP Groove records that quickly made his name recognized all over the techno scene. In the same year he co-founded TensionWorks Records, a promising techno and multimedia label which features Brazilian and international talents.
BIOGRAPHY VECTOR COMMANDER:
Alex Strunz always loved electronic music since the time of New Order and Depeche Mode as was unfluenced by bands like Front Line Assembly, Nitzer Ebb and mainly by belgium group Front 242 which influenced not only his music but his life as well. His project under the name Vector Commander began as a mix of techno and Electronic Body Music (EBM) but over time evolved into it's current form being a fusion of techno with electronic music in general.
The track Detroit Strunz was released on vinyl by the label Brasil com S (EP - 2002) along other artists such as as DJ Murphy and Philip Braunstein. In the same year Alex was featured in an independent compilation with eleven tracks and special participations.
In 2006, together with his friend Nimitz he established the techno label TensionWorks Records. A label dedicated to electronic music, mainly techno, and digital visual arts.
