We have to beat the Pompy by a few goals to keep the chase up for third, but cant see liverpool slipping against Charlton at home........

West Ham just need a point to survive if Wigan win, though i cant see Man u putting a full strengh team out with the FA Cup final looming....

They've said they will to keep things fair for the relegation battle. After Liverpool lost to Fulham you never know! Though Portsmouth will be tough, might have to hope Liverpool get a heavier defeat than us, haha.

Sir Alex has said he will be putting out our stronger side!!

Cant believe its end of season, what are we gonna do without no football on!!:whoops:

aye, gonna be gutted when the season's over...

Sir has said that we'll be at pretty much full strength vs West Ham, should be a good game considering the football they have played over the past few fixtures...

would rather see Arse snatch 3rd place but it looks unlikely...

If we can beat Pompey we'll have a fair chance, but that's probably a big if, they have a few ex-Arsenal players I could see coming back to haunt us...

Baptista misses penalty! (tit) :grr:

I hope we get rid of him in the summer, bring back Reyes!! :cheese:

I'm glad i'm not a West Ham supporter as i'm nervous enough watching this game as it is!!

Reyes has had a worse season for madrid than Baptista has for Arsenal, although Reyes played well last night for Madrid - great game - Madrid won 4-3 after being 3-1 down at half time.

Bit shocked it was sheff utd who went down, was an exciting end anyway.

I don't think it's all done and dusted yet though, got a feeling the tevez saga will end up in court now, as it should really, they should have been docked points but the fa chickened out.

Fines wont deter any clubs especially the bigger ones

Very true, it's no deterrent at all really if you can take some quality south americans on a dodgy deal then only get fined £5.5m when staying in the Prem is worth £30m a season or whatever, it was especially important staying up this season i guess since they'll get a huge parachute payment if they go down next season so it won't be that bad.
