Help?!

Hi peeps just hoping someone can help me. Here are 2 samples of the same tune but the rythm of the second part sounds different from the first & i was wondering if anyone can tell me how this is achieved? I thought myself it was done by moving the bassline so i tried it but it didnt sound quite the same. Is that right or have i totally missed it?! Anyway here are the samples...

The Hoover sound has changed. And theres a little shuffle on the kick. Other than that, both are as disgustingly horrible as each other! ;)
