In 1999 the legendary Pleasuredrome was torn down and replaced by a car park. Many of the drome clubbers thought that they would never get another chance to re-live a legendary drome armosphere.
They were wrong.....

Old Skool hard trance with a bit of bouncy hardcore thrown in. Enjoy....

There has just been another drome reunion on 7th July. As soon as the cd's come out im gonna get them. I couldnt get to that one, but by all accounts, was even better than the first, which was wicked... The best night out ive had in a loonnnngggggggg time. Ive never been in a place were everyone was singin along to the MC's lyric's.

"The mixer, the trixter, the suicide, the cyanide"

you can play these with itunes but I don't use it that much - can you get them on to a cd?

tried using nero - it does recgonise them but it keeps crashing!

Its copied from a cd, but the tracks were all seperated so I had to save it as a .zip to upload it. This compression has probably caused them to be changed from .mp3's into .m4u's if you get what I mean.

They are imported using iTunes as this is the program I use.

Told you I wasnt much good at it :)

Few classic tunes on there; 6.... 7... 8... 9... 10... 15... 16... 17... are some of my favourite tunes ever! especially 7 & 16.

Absoluitely wicked tunes.... I think quite a few on there may either be 'Nostrum' tunes or from the Banzai stable.

Have you seen the first video on www.myspace.com/mccyanide ???

If you havent check it out, ****in stompin choon, Raindrops is probably my favourite ever. Think thats from the 2nd reunion, coz I dont remember 'Raindrops' being played at the 1st one.

Would love to hear raindrops more but I suppose I love it so much because you hardly ever hear it - think I've got only 2/3 tapes with it on, out of about 200 or so tapes!

Think there is quite a few of the Banzai releases in there....

A New Dimension - Hitchiker & Dumondt, & Kinetic Pressure - Gary D, are in there I believe.

The Trixter loved the Banzai stuff. Its ****in wicked- Any of the Jockeys out there fancy doin a Banzai mix with maybe a sprinkling of Nostrums stuff on there aswell.

Reckon that would go down a treat methinks

Ally - glad you like it, and thanks for the track listings. It is a wicked set (and was a brilliant night) but I've got better tapes of Trix & Cyanide, as soon as I get me computer sorted and get a decent tape deck I'll treat you to them.

As I said earlier the 2nd reunion on 7th July was meant to be even better. Ive heard at the next one Westbam is booked to play. WOOOHOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

I reckon there is gonna be a load of these nights coz there were so many acts that used to play regularly in the drome. Our friends North of the border (especially the O.A.P. that is the DJ Asylum :briggin: ) will have heard of the likes of Chill FM and Ultra-Sonic, who held monthly residencies with their live sets. Ive actually got a couple of Trix tapes with them on the other side, rockin Birkenhead with a load of bagpipes, bangin tunes about Fred West bein dead, and Ultra-Sonic smashes like "Hey Mr DJ" and the rest.

Mallorca Lee of "Public Domain" fame, and one half of Ultra-Sonic actually had a weekly residency there, and has played at both reunion nights so far. I thought he was a bit of a let down at the first night tho.... we were all there for Drome memories and he was playin only his later Public Domain stuff like "Bass In The Place"

Oh to go back to the good old days, eh boys???

P.s. has anybody got a copy of the Banzai classics cd they could upload for me - Ive been looking everywhere to buy it and neither Seeds records nor myself can find it.

Cheers boys.
