Well i think we'll take 3 points from the fulham game, i've been watching our pre-season friendlies and we look ready for the campaign....

Chelsea and Man U i think will also win there games on sunday...

As it's the first games for everyone it's gonna be intresting with new signings etc.. There maybe a few upsets on the cards, lets wait and see...

expectations are gonna be very high at Old Trafford on sunday, the fans will be expecting United to hand out a proper kickin as they did in the first game last season against Fulham...

Reading are a good team, play some good football, should be a good game...

i reckon Liverpool could struggle against Villa, well i'm hopin they will

Arse and Chelsea should be fine for three points, i hope Sunderland make a good start...

Been loads of new signings this summer so will be interesting. Man Utd 2 teams both won well last night so many fighting for places.

Liverpool should beat Villa but depends where they play Gerrard. Benitez seems to of come to his senses this summer and has been playing him in the middle. But if they play negative away from home like last season with 2 holding midfielders then a bore draw could be the obvious result.

Fancy Liverpool to win narrowly at Villa - 1-0 or 2-1 depending how they line-up.

Utd v Reading - 2 - 0 to Utd my guess.

Chavski should win easily - though maybe they won't with the extent of their injuries (here's hoping) - should still have enough to dispatch the Brummies.

Arsenal v Fulham gotta say Arsenal but Lawrie will have Fulham fired up for it so could be a battle!!!

Of the rest of them stand out game is Newcastle's trip to Bolton - fancy Big Sam to get the result on his return to the Reebok.

no Anderson or Hargreaves, Rooney went off injured so United had no recognised strikers, Louis and Ole are still out, O'Shea had to play upfront!! WTF!!

we created loads of chances but just couldn't finish Reading, they defended really well, the red card was unquestionable...

Nani did alright but his and Cristiano's efforts were not enough in the end...

It wasn't a free kick but they deserved to win. Finally Gerrard is in the centre of midfield!! It has taken him 3 yeas to realise thats his best position!!

Anyone see the van Persie peno yesterday - reminded me of when Julien Dicks used to lash them in!!

Will
13-08-2007, 05:12 PM
And that idiot commentator on MOTD said it was nearly over the bar - it's called a well placed penalty!

Nice to see the Man U ship sinking again, haha. And Arsenal on the rise, Spurs heading for relegation - it's all going according to my prediction!

the next time Van Persie tries to score a pen like that it probably will fly over the cross-bar, he scored me 8 points in the dream-team though so thanks for that...
