Barthez - Hard house?

I downloaded a track called Barthez - Hard house off Kazaa. This track does sample parts of Barthez tunes. However it is not a Barthez production and I believe maybe a bootleg of some sort. Has anyone come across this or shed some light on the situation? I want this on record.

Same goes m8, a reminder of days when I liked the commercial market. I have been after this tune since the dawn of time and I dont give up once I start looking for a tune, until I drain every resource I hav to and find it.
