THE SECOND COMING
Brighton's hottest new club night returns with another incredible line up
after rocking the Ocean Rooms in June with Freq Nasty.
Presenting for you three rooms of the finest in funky & underground tribal
dance music with the highest quality in sound and visual production.
In the basement we transfer the award winning Ocean Rooms into the Tribal
Rooms for the night and for your listening and dancing pleasure we have
Mickey Slim who's awesome remixes and worldwide DJ performances have seen
his profile sky rocket and cement his reputation as one of the most in
demand performers of the electro house scene.
We also welcome back to Brighton, Koma & Bones who as one of the original
wave of modern breakbeat producers have helped define the sound as we know
it today.
Supporting these exclusive autumn Brighton appearances will be Tom Real a
rising star in the breaks/electro scene, Chris Vaux & Simon Blann from
Portsmouth's massive Punchfunk events, Rhythm Logistics & Joe Giacomet whose
funky techno productions on the More Punk Than Funk label have gone down a
storm in the underground scene and our resident promoters Kai_1 & Gav
Ravenous whose stylish blend of dirty electro house, broken beats & minimal
funk techno infuse everything that Tribal Medicine stands for.
Accompanying these fine DJs we have the extremely talented Bongo Ben with
his vast array of percussion, the subtle lyrical vibes of the Sidekick mc
and a host of other extras with which we'll tantalise your senses.
If that wasn't enough we've invited our friends from Psy-Co, the south
coasts leading psy trance promoters, to host the middle floor and they'll be
adding their own magic touch alongside legendary DJs from the Technosis
parties and a special set from a surprise mystery guest who will be
supplying a mix of full on psychedelic trance and stripped back progressive
funk.
We also have the penthouse cocktail lounge which provides a serene chilled
out setting with a soundtrack of liquid house, dub and old school provided
by some of the finest underground DJs we know!
Tribal Medicine is an all night event that we are running from 11pm - 8am on
Sat 27th October and all for £10 what more what could you want!?
