It's a Munster tag-team this week as first up it's Jus' Dan Power keeping it deep and downlow with the latest underground house sounds from Detroit, Amsterdam & Berlin. Always a pleasure to hear the man rock out the tracks to set the club up, get down early to check out Mr. Power.

Next up is Kenny Hanlon, Cork native and Dublin interloper, who was a resident at Cork's Innercity night until its untimely demise last year [get off your hole Mike!] and has since relocated to Dublin after retiring from being a professional student. His MP3-free sets [massive respect & bo! - Vinyl Ed.] take their cues from classic Detroit sounds through to deeper shades of techno right back to the not-so deep synths of Italo-disco [careful with those comments, bih - Italo-Disco Ed]. Finishing up we have Darren Allen. Darren runs the Micro Error night in Derry [Londonderry - Queen Ed] which is all about showcasing the various sound of underground minimal techno including glitch, micro house and dub made for the dance floor. In it's small capacity, dark sound and smoke filled surroundings it has played host to the countries top techno acts and beyond with cool international guests including Inxec [Contexterrior], Sud Electronic DJ Nick Craddock and Lump from Karloff Records. A purveyor of all things minimal long before it was a scarf around Dubfire's neck. Darren is one of Nordylands finest DJ's and has played with a whole host of names such as Magda, Craig Richards, Adam Beyer, Anthony Rother and Tim Wright in clubs such as Shine, Stiff Kittin and eh Lush. Darren's name is already in the EC history book when he became the first person to play in Traffic on the night we had Pascal FEOS over.
