A few months ago Hardstlye was on the up! Everybody ravin about the new Italian sound and then shortly after the Dutch!
At this time the German Masters were nowhere to be seen. But like everfin in life things eventually come down from that high.
What im saying is, whilst Hardstyle has lost its 'Purple Patch' and at the moment is more on the down, if i were the Germans i'd be hammering the f**k out of ma studio. The likes of Derb, A*S*Y*S, Warmduscher and Kai Tracid trying to get more and more stuff out whilst they can! This way they can stamp their authority down on the scene once again.
I know the Germans are back on the up, but i would take this oppurtunity now to hammer it home!
I'm not saying they have to release Hardstyle to compete, the Germans have there own unique style, especially Derb IMO!
But they just need to get out more stuff. Now ive heard they are expanding on the Tech-trance sound. IMO im glad to hear this because we all know what they are capable of doing with this sound especially A*S*Y*S! So i do think it is a wise move, as this aspect of the scene could really do with expanding and there is nobody better than the Germans at Tech-Trance.
But it would be an even wiser move if they stamp their authority down at this quiet time in the Hardstlye scene!
