you can find acoustic ones in a lot of the battery kits or an electronic one in any 808 sample pack or the d16 nepheton

Another option:

[URL]http://www.delamancha.co.uk/dynamite_cowbell.htm (http://www.delamancha.co.uk/images/plugins/dynamite_cowbell.gif)

an audiofudge (http://www.audiofudge.com/) and de la Mancha (http://www.delamancha.co.uk/index.htm) collaboration

dynamite cowbell brings you more cowbell than even Gene Frenkle can deliver

6 cowbells mapped to midi keys
5 velocity layers
close and room mic levels
damping control
5 bonus digibells
1 cow

var gaJsHost = (("https:" == document.location.protocol) ? "https://ssl." : "http://www.");document.write(unescape("%3Cscript src='" + gaJsHost + "google-analytics.com/ga.js' type='text/javascript'%3E%3C/script%3E"));var pageTracker = _gat._getTracker("UA-4127965-1");pageTracker._initData();pageTracker._trackPagevi ew();Download rar file (3.2 MB) (http://www.delamancha.co.uk/plugins/dynamite_cowbell.rar)

Install

Unpack the contents of the rar file to your VST directory, and dynamite cowbell will find the samples as if by magic

Controls

The 6 cowbells and 4 digibells are triggered by the midi key as shown on the GUI*
Hit the cowbell on the GUI itself to audition the samples

adjust close and room mic levels to taste

adjust damping to taste

rock your favourite tunage with as much cowbell as you can muster

*This assumes the midi keys are mapped from C0 to C10 with C5 as middle C, as with FL Studio. Cubase & Live map the keys from C-2 to C8 with C3 as middle C, so you need to subtract 2 octaves off the key shown on the GUI

credits

big up ya man like audiofudge (http://www.audiofudge.com/) for the original idea, all the cowbell samples and the fly GUI

also thanks to hoolak & mark for the digibell samples

Thanks for the 3rd party modules from Dave Haupt (http://www.dehaupt.com/SynthEdit/index.html) and Kelly Lynch (http://www.rubyhex.com/synthedit/)
