Can anyone give me the dummys guide to using these two programs as a re-wire?

Load cubase
load reason
Open the rewire connections panel, click the two channels you want reason to operate on
Reason will now stream through the rewire channel
You can also control anything you have assembled in reason through midi on a cubase midi channel
So for example, if you have a subtractor patch loaded, you can write a midi part in cubase, and route it to the subtractor in reason. When you play, cubase sends the midi signal to reason and the subtractor, and the resulting audio is then streamed through your reason channel.
