Episode 6 is an exclusive livePA for Emissions recorded in May 2008 by Persistence, a duo comprising of Japan's possibly two most promising techno producers at the moment.

"PERSISTENCE" was started in 2004 by Sagae & Katagiri. It's a techno party focused on hard, dark and heavy sounds. The two members, greatly influenced by underground techno tracks originated from England, have played many sessions and gigs to date. Since 2006, they started to make their original tracks. Its sounds, though influenced by English underground, are fully original and quite unique. Various experimental attempts are made, such as sounds produced by clapping scrap wood and waste materials or by running engine and compressor, which are recorded for use in the performance or reproduced by synthesizer. Not only Techno music, they also lean toward avant-garde music such as noise-industrial including Whitehouse, Throbbing Gristle, SPK and Einstürzende Neubauten. And they incorporate this kind of music into their styles. If you listen to their pieces, you will see.
