Episode 7 is an exclusive livePA from Teemu T, one of Finland's most talented electronic music producers at the moment. Recorded in May of 2008 it is an exploration of the more organic and dubbier sides of techno.
Teemu T was born in 1976 in Tampere. He started to listen to techno music in 1991 with Joey Beltram's energy flash and Hardcore techno music. With his gang they organised raves and warehouse parties, club events and home raves. He started his DJing career in 1995 when he got a pair of decks and a mixer and started to collect vinyl records. At his first gig in 1995 before an audience, he nervously played eye-q style trance and hardcore. He played from 1995 to 2000 actively in several warehouse parties in Tampere and Hämeenlinna. In his home town he threw few club gigs with house and techno music; a club where he also worked as an LJ. Not to mention all the several dozen home parties from little squares to countryside techno mayhem, and outdoor party at the forest where he blended trance sounds with techno. He eventually learned the 3-deck technique. He bought his first drummachine/sequencer in 1998 and has been making music ever since.
