CD Burner,Help needed

Got some major problems here,my pc burns just one cd,and that´s it..
Used different cd´s and also different programs,but nothing happens..
Using Nero it says `Waiting for the drive to become ready`,Real player says the cd isn´t clean and so on..
Anyone can help here please??

i've had this before. find your drive manufacturer and re-install drivers and firmware, will only take 2 minutes to sort out.
