just posted this on another forum...
Big DJs for 2004...
Tom harding I reckon will be huge by the end of this year. Jon Doe will hopefully play many more blinding sets. I see Cally + Juice becoming so huge that they piss everyone off (I am not that big a fan of theirs but all the other Academy Lot are). Locally I reckon Chris Davies is going to be well known by the end of the year as will Dr J. Hopefully also big things will happen for the likes of Richard Young, Soundfixation, Pearcey, Richard Wright etc
Big Artists for 2004
I reckon Leigh Green + L-E-V8 will be doing a load of good tracks this year and Chris Hare's new stuff will work wonders. I also reckon that big things wll happen for Botus Flemming + Hakka as both are finding their feet production wise nicely. Hopefully of course more of jon + iain's tunes will follow as well I reckon an untimely death of hardstyle will occur this year apart from the purists and I reckon Jay Walker and Fast Floor will continue to amaze us all. Organ Donor's stuff under their numbskulls guise i reckon will work wonders too. Local producers such as Matt Njoy, Log:one, Dan Collins and others should get recognition they deserve too!
Record Labels
Detox, Resistance, 2CB, CLSM (for hardcore fans), Above The Sky + Their New Label, Nukleuz Black, UK Hard, Blueprint Audio, G.A.S UK, Hopefully De Novo too and a promising Ivybridge based imprint called Energy 24 I will be checking every release of too.
Big Clubs
I believe that pilgrimage will run alongside Dance Academy nicely in Plymouth with all those who think DA is too clicky + full of drink/drug ****ed weirdo's going to Pilgrimage, and all those who think Pilgrimage is too clicky + full of drink/drug ****ed weirdo's going to Academy It will be interesting to see how many people outside of Plymouth go to Pilgrimage as the majority of those outside of Plymouth have made comments along the lines of "we have an attitude problem!!" so fair play to them but hopefully loads will go to both nights and support them as it would be great for Plymouth and I for one will certainly be supporting both.
Outside of plymouth well hopefully in Yorkshire there will be somewhere for me to go to in Bradford so I dont have to resort to going to Leeds every time i want a night out (which isnt a bad thing though). And some good nights are up and coming in leeds and halifax and in surrounding areas which shows promise. We shall see!
That's my thoughts. In 2004 i will be trying to get as many of my tunes signed onto as many different labels as possible, hopefully radio show will go well as well and writing for other mags. We shall see though!

P.S I've edited this 3 times as im a monkey who can't type or spell.
P.P.S Hopefully all those who decide to keep tune names to themselves to keep ahead of the game will realise that this isn't the way to be and change their ways and all djs who give out tune names and are helpful will further themselves too!!
