Tune I.D???

I think its been mentioned before but i've forgotten the name of it.
Pretty easy to explain because theres some 'French' or 'Foreign' geezer in it. Basically there is a build and then out of know where the geezer speaks (begins with L summat like Loko.....) And then a massive Kick with a class Dark Melody and Hard Bassline. Then quickly after there is a sample with the bloke Laughing.
