prob mapping ableton to minimonsta vsti

hello all


im after a bit of help on how to map on ableton 7

ive got the vst minimonsta and the oxygen 8 v2


i know how to map by clicking the map button and clicking the desired thing to map but for some reason on the vsti it maps the button - say filter and when I move the nob the value does not change - i.e, make a different sound


can anyone guide me in the right direction as I would like to be able to record to changed via my keyboard and not have to move the mouse because it just dont feel right :)

you sure you're clicking the area you want to map in the ableton style edit window of minimoonsta and not the actual synth gui?

i was clicking on the gui (doh)


i found the edit parts in the actual meat and bones bit of ableton (down at the botton) and mapped it that way, still isnt quite right but the knobs move on the gui so im halfway there
