kaylab / oliver klitzing.

not sure what his dj skills are like but his productions always have a good chunky and hard feel to them. quite techy in terms of percussion etc.

DISAGREE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) but I wont get into that again and before you all jump down my throat im entitled to my opinion about Ben. I know the majority of yuo rate him highly but I simply dont. Much the same way most of you probably think I am a poor producer / arrogant / opinionated as **** its all what makes up life im afraid.

DJs I havent seen but would like to

Well I hear a lot of praise being directed at
X-Cite + X-Cess
Mark Hashimi (Still have to see you even though everyone thinks we're related).
Rae Chic (simply to look at!)
Danny Slade (his mixes I have heard online are cool and I want to hear him live)
Scot Project (missed him last time he was down)
Yoji Biomehanika (STILL not seen him!)
Chris Impact

Louk, im going to fu*king drag you out one weekend & get you to a club and let you hear BenEye again...Don't judge ANY DJ by tapes from tape packs. I used to think Mark EG was shite & couldn't mix for shit until I hear him play on a quality system. I really want you to come out one weekend & check out Ben again. You up for it, or do I have to come round and give you a dry slap?!

...oh by the way, Mark Hashimi is spot on as well! another south west up & coming you NEED to check! he also runs the record shop Technotice in Exeter with Jim Bob. X-cess & X-cite are sound as fu*k & very diverse. Matt X-cess is Matt Harris one half of the Organ Donors & Craig X-cite is a dirty old bold man! ;)

what is it you dont like about Ben Eye Louk?

Louk
09-01-2004, 05:15 PM
the times i have heard him i dont like the majority fo the tunes he plays and his sets in comparison to others on a night havent done it for me in the slightest.

Christ is it so hard to grasp the fact that I am not allowed to like a certain DJ ;) (only joking there mind)

but seriously i dont rate the bloke on the times i have heard him and i dont know why but many of you are going out of your way to try and make me seem like I am wrong for having this opinion.

It's only an opinion at the end of the day.

No comment on that one.

As for Dj's I wanna see went all the way to the Dam to see Dana (and Cunty) and got thrown out just before her set. Only to sneak back in like a ferret right at the end.

(She aint playing Q-control ta boot...that sucks ass)
