Zenit against Madrid should be a good game

Porto will be a tricky one..

We gotta bounce back from the wkend and no better way to do it tonight..

Think there are gonna be a few changes from what i gather..

reasonable performance from United tonight, good result, well happy to see Berbatov score, his second was a proper sick finish, gutted that Rooney went off injured though

good result for Arsenal at the Emirates tonight

Happy with that last night, much better from the wkend...

Saw the highlights of the Man utd game..

How bad is the Scholes injury, as bad as first thought?

yeah man, he's gonna be out for a few months, to be honest i'm more worried about Rooney, seems as though every time he starts scorin he gets an injury, it's well f**ked up

Fletch has been playin well for us recently, and we got Anderson to play alongside him in the midfield, so as long as we get Hargreaves back sharpish we should be ok, Possobon should be back soon too as his injury was nowhere near as bad as first thought

apparently alot worse than first thought.
ditto what Numeric said about Rooney. clearly the most important player Utd have and the team just doesn't seem to gell in the same way without him.

I'll hopefully be watching the Romanian miners kick Chelsea's butt!

They beat Roma away so who knows!

Chelsea look strong at the moment so it's very unlikely

we live in hope though

i didn't end up seein much of the Liverpool game, caught the interview with Gerrard at the end though, i nearly feel asleep, how can he be so devoid of any emotion? he's worse than Shearer, at least when Shearer was giving one of his dull interviews he had that stupid smug look on his face which made it easy to hate him, with Gerrard there's nothing, no feeling whatsoever, no wonder his mrs has been shaggin about

Weren't you hoping Scholes would get injured? Funny how things change!

did i say i was bothered about the Scholes injury?

tbf Fletcher has played much better than him this season thus far, i know it's heresy but i'd rather see Fletch holding down the midfield at the moment

I meant things have changed since a couple of years ago when you said he was your best player. You must be happy now your wish has come true though!

things have changed, the season before last he was awesome, scoring goals and pulling all the strings in midfield, he's one of the greatest players to ever grace the Premiership, and a United legend, but over the past year he hasn't been the same :upset:

Hoping he gets injured seems a tad extreme though, he's not Cygan!

i know man, it's frustrating though, he just hasn't been performing of late, Hargreaves does a much better job in the centre of the park, i know he'll never have Scholesy's vision but he works hard and can pass a ball, we just seem a lot more solid when Hargreaves is playin

i love Scholes, but perhaps his time is nearing an end now, he did well when he came on as a sub against Bolton though fair do's

It were good to see Chelsea get the run around near the end of the game last night...

Wonder if the 'cheeky girls' had any influence on the performance of the Romanians...
