LUKE SLATER - PLANETARY ASSAULT SYSTEMS DJ SET [peacefrog / mote-evolver - uk]
Luke Slater is arguably the UK's finest ever techno producer with a back catalogue of classic releases as long your arm (think MORGANISTIC, X-TRONT, 7th PLAIN, CLEMENTINE) and under his sci-fi themed alias PLANETARY ASSAULT SYSTEMS he's put out some of our music's most defining moments. It's been a while now so it's time for Leeds to see Luke doing again what he does best... A proper techno set on "proper" decks. This will be a legendary 2 hour session from a real pioneer and personal hero.
OSCAR CROMA [education upgrade - spain]
UK debut for one of the hottest names in Spain right now and someone who's being widely tipped as "the next Mulero" over there. Oscar's the official final scratch dj for Spain and his sets are mind blowing, the Leeds boys and girls will love him.
MIMI [psnz - croatia]
UK debut for Mimi, part of the psnz collective with Luka Baumann and Grovskopa. Playing off vinyl, his sets have been rocking our office for years. It's time for us to see him in action. A brand new Mimi mix recorded exclusively for ds2 goes online this weekend.
