HELP

i am having problems my e mail its set up through outlook express and when i load it up and click send recieve messeges it says connecting then it goes to not conneccted and then logs me offline but sometimes it gets one mail before it logs off :neutral: anyone got any ideas whats up :crackup: :crackup:
