Interesting tune, I like the sounds of the chords and some of the higher pitched noises. The bell like sound that bounces around the stereo field is pretty cool.

Couple of things I noticed tho, I kinda don't feel the groove or movement of the tune, the arrangement feels a bit static at times. The delay and reverb on one item is a bit extreme, makes the mid-range a bit washy and some of the elements get lost in the tune. Also, I notice a delay on what kinda sounds like a 303ish bassline. Fair play to doing that but I wouldn't in my opinion, don't want so much low end energy getting delayed or verbed constantly, kinda muddies of the bottom of the tune. Maybe try splitting the 303 bass into a couple of layers and only put a delay or verb on the high and mid layers, leaving the bass alone to keep it defined.

The bass and kick feel rather light tho, what kick sample are you using? The kick has a nice thud/thwack but completely lacks much bottom end definition, the bass gets a bit lost there in the bottom as well. I know its there but I can't hear it very well. You need more layers! :P

There are some very good ideas in here in my opinion, alot of great potential, just need to clean up some of the sounds and get everything sitting in the right place in the mix.

Thanks UngratefulNinja, I'm going to try some changes to the reverb and delay on some of the tracks, try get more clarity in the bottom end, i'm also reshaping the kick and bass so it should stand out more.

Thanks for the super feed back it will help me alot.

Respect!

Vin

Added more beef to the bottom end, and pulled back some reverb and delay, tried replacing some of the elements, here's the result

just listening to last version. content wise i pretty much ilike it as i see some potential in there. you have got nice "naples-like" kind of lead sounds,. i like it,. see the track would be ace when you add some beefe bassline. some kind of fat resse bassline could work well, tho.

production needs work, imo. kicks dont fit there i think. what i would try is, mute the kick and bass, work the main body the best you can, then add some kick+bassline+closed hat as the main groove,. balance the levels, add some compression and reverbs.
looking forward to next version.
