Deco was born in 1983 in a small town next to Cologne. Growing during the 80`s techno emerged in Germany. His first contact with techno music would however be much later... In 1997 he listened to 'Evosonic Radio' at a friend's home. Not lomg after getting infected with DnB and Jungle he decided that driving looptechno would become his love ...
Some years, went by. Crazy years of travelling around with his friends in Germany to be able to listen to DJ´s like Ben Sims, Chris Liebing, Dave Clarke, Adam Beyer or Ben Long and going to unforgettable parties. At the end of 2003 Deco had a go with his first own turntables, nothing should stop him now. Spinning the decks every free minute, he got more and more skilled with just his 2 decks what finally lead him to add a CD player to the setup get more action.
Less than 2 years later Deco made his first attempt to go public at an internetradio DJ contest, where he took the second place with 86% of the listeners vote? Who´s got more? Anyway, short time after this Deco became a resident of the radioshow 'Abfart ins Nirgendwo' at Gobalbeats.FM. Currently he is playing for www.O4tradio.de and found a home for his show 'DecoRaped Toolz Live' which is broadcasted on thursday afternoon every 14 days.
During the last 2 years Deco also got the chance to show his skills at clubs in his home area and he has not dissapointed the crowd. By combining all the energizing styles of techno: Hardgroove, Tribal, Detroit, House and 'Schranz' Deco knows how to deliver a full power set to his audience that is bursting with energy to get even the tired people to move on the dancefloor. After 5 years of being obsessed by spinning records in 2008 Deco started to produce some tracks. We will see what this guy will present to you in future!
