New EP from me on Bullet:dodge.
Really please how it turned out. Contains a rework of an older track (jengamaster) and a brand new track Oplink, plus a stonking remix from Gareth Whitehead.
Had good support so far - Richie Hawtin, Laurent Garnier, Ed Hill, Spiritchaser, Dj Alexia, Anderson Noise, FineCutBodies amongst others.

Bulletdodge Records release “Oplink” by Jay Pace. Bulletdodge Records are proud to welcome Buenos Aires based producer Jay Pace to the label, releasing a fine cut of funky abstract minimalism that finds a suitable home in the Bulletdodge catalogue. Techno fiends in the UK may be familiar with Jay through his successful Black Box night in Brighton. Fans of Jay’s style will not be disappointed, as A-side “Oplink” is fuelled by infectious minimal grooves and classic drum machine sounds that suggest Detroit techno and Acid house are close to this producers heart. The B-side, “Jengalord” continues this theme in some style. Centred round a hypnotic and tastefully distorted riff, the track swings with an attitude that makes dancing the only option for anyone caught in its tractor beam. Gareth Whitehead completes the release with a deep and minimal tech-house remix of the title track. Gareth’s mix is a dark and menacing builder that contains all the hallmarks of the Bulletdodge sound. Dubby percussion and fx are conducted towards a satisfying breakdown by a driving bass groove that is an ideal juxtaposition of the original track. Once again Bulletdodge Records hit the mark with a quality release of underground techno that will be causing mayhem on dancefloors worldwide and reinforcing the reputation of this label as the UK’s most exciting new label.
